This Privacy Policy explains what data Prompt UI processes, how it is used, and how your organization can manage it.

Data we process

We process account and workspace data required to provide the service, including user profile fields and prompt content.

Data is used to authenticate users, enforce organization access, store prompt versions, and power Improve Prompt features.

We do not sell personal data. Third-party processors are used only to operate core platform capabilities.

Workspace content is retained while your organization account is active, unless deletion is requested by an authorized admin.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal profile data through your organization administrator.
